To ensure a seamless experience when purchasing authentic Chinese dumplings, please follow the outlined steps below:

Order Placement:

All orders must be placed before 5 PM every Thursday. This timing is crucial for facilitating timely preparation and ensuring the availability of your dumplings.

Pickup Location:

Once your order is confirmed, you can collect your dumplings in person at the Gleadell Street Market on Saturday within the same week*. 

Market Address:

The market is located at Gleadell Street, Richmond 3121.

Pickup Hours:

Pickup every Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM*. 

*Unless otherwise specified for unavailable weeks. 

Unavailable Weeks:

Entire month of March 2026
